VINTAGE OBRAS and CASA AMARELA OBRAS are networks of construction companies that belong to ORIGINAL BRAND .
The VINTAGE OBRAS Network specializes in General Renovations, Housing Construction and Building Rehabilitation while the CASA AMARELA OBRAS Network specializes in smaller works.
It was born from the initiative of two civil engineers with a recognized national and international career in the field of construction and rehabilitation, with extensive experience in construction management, managing teams of construction directors and optimizing quality systems (which allow all employees to use the same methods and documents and as such, decrease possible errors and increase productivity).
Due to the success achieved with its own construction company and the large volume of budget requests for the entire country, the brands are in an expansion phase using the franchising model.
All franchised units receive rigorous training and are regularly audited in order to guarantee the same quality standards.
We intend to respond to the growing demand for construction companies in Portugal, namely for the remodeling and restoration of buildings.
