In 1927, Otello Cattabriga, an ingenious and talented Italian inventor, created the most perfect ice cream maker. Effe. The only one capable of reproducing the stacca and spalma movements with the smoothness and rhythm of the hands of the Italian grandmother.
Almost a century later, Ana Ferreira travels to the roots of Italian ice cream to become a gelatiere through the hand of master Giacomo Schiavon, in the same place where Cattabriga had created his masterpiece.
On the way back, 1927 was born - Gelataria Portuense, with the mission of creating real ice cream, made with genuine ingredients and flavors that make us happy!
