You will provide support the way you would want to be treated during your vacation! Inform your customers about the products and services the project provides, and make sure this also includes their policies and processes in a friendly manner. Be aware of current travelling destinations and holiday trends.
What you'll need to succeed
Be fluent in Dutch and fluent in English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, prove you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision, problem solving skills. As this job is direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work and rotation to other departments.
