Job role
Installation, configuration and administration of systems;
Monitoring and support for computer infrastructure;
Implementation of Information Security policies;
Cloud service management;
Analysis and resolution of incidents in computer systems;
Helpdesk to users.
Minimum 5 years professional experience in Windows systems administration;
Secondary Training (12th year) (minimum);
Degree in computer engineering or similar (valued);
Microsoft certifications, namely Office 365 Security Administration - MS 500 (preferred);
Solid knowledge of Microsoft platforms (namely Office 365 and Azure);
Solid knowledge of virtualization software (Veeam and VMWARE);
Availability to work in shifts (8 am daily between 7 am and 9 pm), including 1 Saturday per month;
Excellent communication skills, teamwork and sense of responsibility.
